Description
This facia roller can be used by people, horses and large dogs.
For humans, use on large muscle areas like the thighs, calves, arms, back, neck, shoulder, chest, lateral back muscles, abdomen and soles of the feet. You can use the roller to loosen tight connective tissue. The roller can be used either by yourself or with the help of a partner or therapist.
In horses, the roller can be used on areas like the shoulder blades or hips. It can be used on the rest of the body except the head and legs if used carefully.
