Description
Minerals, trace elements and vitamins are vital nutrients that ensure that all vital functions in the organism run smoothly.
Mineralstoff Organic is produced in practical 3mm pellets and provides valuable organic micronutrients at the highest possible level. Organic mineral compounds and organic trace elements have a very high bioavailability and are therefore particularly well absorbed by the sensitive horse organism. The high availability of the product compensates for the ever decreasing content of micronutrients in hay and in the normal main feed, thus enabling needs-based feeding without compromises.
Feeding recommendation (horse with approx. 600 kg LG):
3 times a week 100g
Small horses approx. 50% of the above amount
The valuable ingredients in Mineralstoff Organic
Algae lime:
Obtained from the sea algae Lithothamnium calcareum and is an ideal vegetable source of minerals and trace elements. The extremely valuable sea algae has the ability to bind minerals and trace elements from the sea water and store them in a highly concentrated form. Algae lime has an optimal bioavailability of the naturally contained micronutrients and thus ensures an adequate supply of organic minerals and trace elements.
Sea-salt:
Regulates the osmotic pressure in the blood and, in its regulating function, ensures a functioning water balance in the horse's organism. Sea salt has a high content of naturally contained, organic micronutrients, which successfully counteract the loss of appetite, loss of performance and muscle tremors in the event of an undersupply.
Calcium:
Promotes the resilience of teeth and ensures a healthy skeleton and bone structure. Furthermore, calcium supports the correct implementation of nerve impulses and successfully counteracts osteoporosis.
Cobalt:
Is a component of the vitamin B12 and is important for a stable state of health. It stimulates the growth of red blood cells and protects against anaemia.
Zinc:
Makes an important contribution to healthy coat growth and, together with biotin, has an extremely positive effect on hoof growth. Zinc takes on an important role in the formation of sex hormones and supports rapid wound healing. Zinc also protects the skin from flaking and reduces susceptibility to infection.
Selenium:
It plays an important role in cell protection, strengthens the heart and skeletal muscles and has a positive effect on the immune system and good muscle function.
Copper:
Promotes blood formation, pigment formation and the strength of the vessel walls, joints and cartilage. Copper also plays an important role in the development of nerves and in strengthening the immune system.
Magnesium:
Provides nerve strength and strengthens bones and teeth. It prevents muscle problems and activates enzyme production.
Iron:
Is responsible for blood formation and the transport of oxygen in the blood. Iron protects against increased susceptibility to infections, decreased performance, tiredness and listlessness.
Manganese:
Is important for a functioning mineral and fat metabolism. It ensures healthy growth and efficient skeletal development. Manganese has a positive effect on the function of the ovaries in mares.
Iodine:
Ensures good thyroid function and at the same time ensures healthy growth. It facilitates the change of coat and protects against poor performance.
Cobalt:
Is an important element in the formation of vitamin B12. It prevents anaemia, stunted growth and skin problems. Cobalt also successfully counteracts lactation disorders and loss of appetite.
Natural vital substances:
Brewer's yeast, coconut fat, rapeseed oil and cinnamon bark support the metabolism, digestion, the body's own defence system, as well as the skin and fur.
Valuable herbs:
Support the entire organism positively, ensure vitality and improve acceptance in horses that are difficult to feed.
Vitamins:
In a balanced form, they represent the basis for stable health, motivation and vitality.
Choline:
Is a component of lecithin and counteracts fatty liver disease in horses.
Quality notice:
Mineralstoff Organic is guaranteed sugar-free and 100% grain-free and can therefore be fed to horses with metabolic problems without any problems.
Starhorse professional tip:
Mineralstoff Organic is also ideally suited for supplementary feeding of main feedstuffs to which no vitamins and minerals have been added.
