Description
Golden Herbal Mash, Molasses-Free, is a particularly digestible feed supplement for horses. The extremely tasty herbal mash is guaranteed to be free of molasses, provides easily digestible energy and is, therefore, the perfect alternative to classic mash. Golden Herbal Mash, Molasses-Free, was developed on the basis of a tried and tested recipe with an extra mix of valuable herbs, as well as linseed oil and brewer's yeast.
There are valuable ingredients in Starhorse Herbal Mash Molasses-Free:
Wheat Bran:
Provides approx. 80% of all nutritionally valuable substances, which are the basis for a healthy diet. Wheat bran also has a high proportion of natural minerals, trace elements and vitamins. It provides easily digestible energy with relatively low starch content. The high content of hemicelluloses, cellulose and pectin (crude fibre content about 15%), as well as the abundant vitamin E content, also speaks for the high feed quality of wheat bran.
Barley, corn:
Hydrothermally digested and rolled grains increase digestibility and thus represent the basic basis for healthy feeding. The two high-quality grains provide easily digestible energy and have an optimal bioavailability. Furthermore, hydrothermally digested grain increases the energy supply in contrast to normal oats by approx. 10%.
Meadow green:
Natural Allgäu mountain meadows provide the basis for species-appropriate and natural feeding. The variety of grasses, flowers and herbs that naturally grow on mountain meadows provides sufficient raw fibre content for horses. Meadow green also provides easily digestible energy and positively supports digestion.
Apple pomace:
Finds its origin in dried spent grains, which are obtained during apple juice production. Apple pomace contains the valuable ingredients of the pulp, peel, seeds and stems of apples and makes Golden Kräuter Mash, free of molasses, extremely tasty for every horse.
Line extraction meal:
Provides vegetable protein with a high bioavailability, which supports the entire musculature as well as vitality.
Oatmeal:
They are easily digestible and provide easily digestible carbohydrates with a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids. They provide the digestive system with valuable mucilage and thus support a regulated digestion.
Timothee hay:
Is a high-quality roughage supplement with a low protein and sugar content. Thanks to the gentle drying process used, almost all of the naturally contained nutrients remain available. The structure of Timothee grass is significantly softer than, for example, the fibres of alfalfa, but still has to be chewed longer due to the high stalk content. This noticeably increases the flow of saliva, which in turn has a supportive effect on digestion.
Linseed oil:
Contains high quality, polyunsaturated fatty acids and a high proportion of natural vitamin E, which the horse's body needs for skin, coat and a functioning metabolism.
Beet pulp (low in sugar, free of molasses):
Provide easily digestible energy, are low in protein, rich in raw fibres and pectin. They contain a high proportion of the amino acid lysine and ensure a pleasant feeling of satiety.
Brewer's yeast:
Through the formation of a biofilm on the intestinal mucosa, the entire digestion and the intestinal flora are positively supported
Herbal mix:
Supports digestion and metabolism positively.
Quality notice:
The herbs used in Golden Herbal Mash, Molasses-Free, are of pure pharmaceutical quality and therefore have an extremely positive bioavailability.
Tip:
Golden Herbal Mash, Molasses-Free, contains digestive natural substances as well as natural herbs. It is therefore ideally suited for supportive feeding with bronchial diseases, digestive problems, dental problems as well as during convalescence after diseases.
Feeding recommendation:
Mix up to a maximum of 1.5kg of Golden Mash in 1.5 - 2 litres of cold or warm water and let it steep for approx. 20 minutes.
Small horses approx. 50% of the above amount
We recommend feeding Golden Mash 2 to 3 times a week instead of a concentrated feed meal.
