Sodium and potassium regulate the volume of fluid in the body. Sodium is 95% represented in extracellular space, while potassium accumulates in intracellular space. Potassium maintains the osmotic pressure of the cell (the water balance) and the acid-base balance. An unequal distribution of the two enables the function of the nervous and muscular systems to actively transport nutrients from the intestine into the cells and to maintain normal blood pressure.
No. 27 Nymphenkuss by Dr. Weyrauch contains potassium in two interesting forms as well as a herbal base of birch, nettle, dandelion and hawthorn.
Recommended use:
- Take 2 capsules with liquid twice a day, if possible after a meal.
