Description

These mineral sticks are easy for horses to eat and contain lots of great flavour that make them particularly attractive. The sticks also ensure a natural content of amino acids such as lysine, methionine and threonine. However, other important ingredients like calcium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, selenium, vitamins and B vitamins are also contained in the grain-free sticks.
The practical sticks enable a mineral and trace element supply independent of the concentrate feed. So you can either serve them as an addition to existing concentrate feed rations or as the sole mineral feed.
Feeding recommendation:
(Daily information in grams / day as a supplement to non-vitaminized and mineralized rations with sufficient roughage)
- Horses (600 kg) 100-150 g / day
- Yearlings 75 - 100 g / day
- Ponies (300 kg) 50 - 75 g / day
If the DERBY mineral sticks are used to supplement wholesome (fully mineralized and vitaminized) concentrate, the amounts used must be adjusted.
This mineral feed may only be fed up to 3% of the daily ration due to the higher levels of trace elements compared to complete feed.
Always close DERBY Mineralsticks buckets and keep them cool and dry.
