Description
This protein-rich combination contains a special amino acid profile and is ideal as a meal after training sessions or competitions. Soaking it increases hydration and provides important electrolytes, including sodium, potassium and chlorine. It also supports muscle regeneration during the recovery phase.
Feeding recommendation: 120 g per 100 kg body weight
Preparation:
- Mix 1 part Sportmash Recup with 2 parts 60°C hot water and leave to infuse for 30 minutes
- Feed Sportmash Recup within 30 minutes after exercise
